Our Story

Built for Mid-Market.
Designed for ROI.

Stratixom was founded on a simple observation: the mid-market operations leader knows they need to automate. They just can't find a firm that will work with them at a price point that makes sense — and deliver measurable results rather than strategy decks.

Why We Exist

There's a gap in the market. We built a firm to fill it.

The Big-4 consulting firms are brilliant — but their minimum engagement is $500K+. Solo freelancers are accessible — but they can only execute on one or two tools, with no process expertise, no delivery structure, and no accountability.

Mid-market companies ($100M–$2B in revenue) sit in an underserved gap: complex enough to need real automation expertise, but too lean to build it in-house, and too cost-conscious to justify Big-4 pricing.

Stratixom is purpose-built for that gap. Full-lifecycle capability. Lean Six Sigma process expertise combined with certified AI and RPA delivery. A land-and-expand model that starts with a $4,500 snapshot and grows into a strategic partnership.

"Recoverable cost" — not "digital transformation"

This is how we talk to our clients. Every conversation is anchored to a dollar amount your business can recover. Not technology buzzwords. Not transformation rhetoric. Numbers.

DFW → Texas → Nationwide

We launched in Dallas–Fort Worth with a first cohort of anchor clients. Year 2 takes the practice across Texas, and Year 3 nationwide — the same delivery model, more benches.

🎯

Credibility Through Expertise

Every engagement is led by a senior consultant with deep process and automation credentials. We don't staff junior consultants on client-facing work.

⚖️

Independence Above All

We hold no vendor partnerships that create conflicts of interest. The tool we recommend is always the tool that's best for you — full stop.

📊

Results or Nothing

Every engagement ends with a deliverable, a measurement, and a documented ROI. We don't ship slide decks and call it consulting.

The Practice

You hire a practice, not a résumé.

Automation programmes fail when they depend on one person's availability. Every Stratixom engagement is staffed as a team and draws on the same consolidated body of work — Lean Six Sigma process discipline, certified RPA and AI delivery, and integration experience across financial services, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services. No single-operator dependency. No junior consultants learning on your process.

Role 01

Process Architect

Owns current-state mapping and the financial case. Runs the Value Stream Mapping, quantifies where capacity and cash are leaking, and decides what is worth automating before any tool is chosen.

Lean Six Sigma Every engagement
Role 02

Automation Engineer

Builds what the assessment justifies. Vendor-neutral by policy — UiPath, Power Automate, or custom AI models selected on fit with your stack, never on a partner commission.

RPA & AI delivery Build phases
Role 03

Adoption & Measurement Lead

Makes the change stick. Documents the new process, trains the team that runs it, and measures the result against the projection so the ROI is a number your finance team can verify.

What every engagement inherits

Five industries of operating context — financial services, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services
Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping applied first, including on the engagements that never end in software
Technology-agnostic by policy — no vendor partnerships, no referral commissions, no platform to defend
Senior practitioners on all client-facing work; delivery structure and accountability a freelancer cannot offer
A documented ROI figure at the close of every engagement, typically inside 90 days
