How We Work

Process First.
Technology Second.

Most automation firms lead with the tool. We lead with the process. It's the reason our implementations work when others fail — and the reason our clients keep coming back.

Our Four-Phase Approach

A repeatable methodology that delivers every time.

1

Discover — Map the Current State

Before we touch any technology, we conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews and live process observation sessions. We use Lean Six Sigma Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to document every step, handoff, decision point, and delay in your target process. Most clients discover 20–40% of their process time is consumed by steps that deliver zero value — steps that can either be eliminated or automated immediately.

Stakeholder Interviews Value Stream Mapping Process Time Analysis Waste Identification Root Cause Analysis
2

Analyse — Quantify the Opportunity

We translate the VSM findings into financial impact. Every identified bottleneck is assigned a dollar value — cost-per-transaction, FTE hours consumed annually, error rate cost, and opportunity cost of delay. The output is a prioritised list of automation opportunities ranked by ROI, implementation complexity, and strategic alignment. You never invest without knowing exactly what you'll get back.

3

Design — Build the Right Solution

With a clear prioritised roadmap, we design the automation architecture. We are completely technology-agnostic — if you have UiPath licences, we use UiPath. If Microsoft Power Automate fits better, we use that. If a custom Python/AI solution is the right answer, we build it from scratch. Our vendor independence means the design is always optimised for your needs, your stack, and your budget — not ours.

4

Deploy — Deliver and Measure

Implementation is milestone-based with fixed deliverables at every phase. We run parallel testing before any bot goes live, document every component, and train your team to own it. Post-deployment, we measure actual vs projected ROI and publish the results. Clients on Strategic Retainer (Service 06) receive quarterly automation reviews to continuously expand the programme.
